Netherlands - Germany - Poland - Balticum (- Finland) - Sweden
Ambitious plans this year, see map below. Do it while you can. Starting in Naarden (close to Amsterdam), and continuing to Ludvika in Sweden. Starting next week. Weather doesn't look too bad, definitely better than Iceland!

Total length is 3-3500km, depending on the route through Balticum. There is also a direct ferry from Tallinn to Åland every other day, which saves 170km through Finland.
So hoping on fair weather, good knees and a co-operative bicycle. Stay tuned!
